Food Pairing: Grilled or baked fish, white meat or game.
Vinification
Vinification: Cold temperature decanting technique. Juice is then transferred to temperature controlled vats for fermentation between 14 ºC and 16 ºC.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats until bottling.
