Currently CEO of Ségur Estates Group and Enseada Capital Asset Management, working in PE industry for last 14 years. Past experience in investment banking, large corporates (TAP, REFER) and management consulting (McKinsey). Holds degrees from UCP – Portuguese Catholic University and Kellogg University of Chicago – Northwestern.

Tiago Bento

Currently CFO of Grupo Ségur Estates. Previously CFO of ECS (largest Portuguese SMEs NPL restructuring fund). Previously, he had a 12-year career at Jerónimo Martins ( top Portuguese retailer). Tiago holds a degree in Management and Business Administration from UCP – Portuguese Catholic University.

Ségur Estates has in its team winemakers with a vast and diverse experience. They work every day to create quality wines adapted to the taste of the consumers internationally. Gathering quality grapes with the most modern winemaking processes, in the Douro, Tejo e Alentejo regions, year after year, our oenology team brings us wines of unbeatable quality.

CHIEF WINEMAKER

Joana Roque do Vale

With more than 25 harvests, between Alentejo, Douro and Bordeaux, Joana is one of the most experienced Portuguese winemakers.

Responsible for the vinification of Roquevale, today Quinta da Ossa, since 1996, Joana transformed the operation from 200 thousand liters per year to more than 3 million; and launched the first Grande Reserva Alentejo DOC.

Dinis Albardeiro

Dinis manages the customer service and logistics, guaranteeing the preparation, loading, transportation and certification of all goods sold. With a long experience in retail store management, Dinis is well acquanticed with the best logistics and packaging practices.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Pedro d´Orey

Pedro comes from a family that has been involved in the wine industry for generations! He began his career in this field as a student at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Before joining the Ségur Estates team, he worked for renowned companies where he took on important national and international accounts, thus acquiring a greater knowledge of both markets and channels. He is currently Commercial Director of the Ségur Estates Group.

Mariana Duarte

Graduated in Design from the University of Évora.

Composes the Design & Communication.

She is responsible for creating graphic projects and their final artwork, ensuring their eligibility for production.
